I have stayed in double room with a great view, a fabulous bathroom, for instance for 7 nights. The breakfast offered a great selection of fabulous meals. The position was good, next to a bus station.
Well, the area was quite busy overall.

Yummy assortment of croissants and pastries at breakfast 🥐. Awesome spot right in the center, super close to main sights, public transportation, tons of restaurants, the 28 tram, and both tram and train stations.
